Matt Smith is a Financial Planner serving the greater Austin area. Matt joined the industry in 2006, working for a large financial services firm. During that time he received various awards and accomplishments such as: Managing Partner Award, Winner Circle Award and Customer Satisfaction awards. Matt has Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance licenses. He also obtained the designation ‘Accredited Asset Management Specialist’ from the College for Financial Planning. Matt is married to Andrea Smith with two children, Joshua (JT) and Ava. Andrea is a volleyball coach for a local select club team. JT is an elementary student at Fern Bluff. He is also the quarterback of his flag football team and second baseman of his baseball team. Ava attends preschool at their local church in N. Austin. Matt volunteers as the head coach of a youth flag football team and assistant coach of a youth baseball team. Matt also enjoys playing sports; he is the member of two adult flag football teams and can often be seen at the community basketball court.
