After college, Kirby spent more than three years pursuing professional golf, competing in tournaments across seven countries. That experience reinforced the importance of discipline, resilience, and long term thinking. He often draws parallels between golf and wealth management. Both require consistent effort, thoughtful adjustments, and patience to achieve meaningful results.
Following his professional golf career, Kirby moved into leadership roles within the corporate world, where he worked closely with individuals and organizations navigating important career and life transitions. Through this experience, he developed a strong ability to listen, understand priorities, and help people make confident decisions. Kirby lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Caitlin, a business owner and Pvolve franchise operator, and their dog Birdie. Married since 2021, they look forward to growing their family in the years ahead. As one of twelve children, Kirby values connection, teamwork, and resilience. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, early morning pickup basketball, and spending quality time with friends and family.
