In 2014, I joined UPSTREAM Investment Partners due to decade long relationships I had with many of the people here in our family today. I believe in the value proposition and mission we set out to accomplish which is to provide advisors with premier support, technology and products they depend on from industry leading firms in addition to the perks that go along with being an Independent Advisor.
In my role as Director of Business Development, my duties include, but are not limited to:
Identify, qualify and recruit financial advisors looking to make a change with their affiliation to determine if our model is the best fit for their practice.
Effectively drive our value proposition to advisors in our industry using a variety of marketing tools.
Collaborate with our Branch Directors around the nation to help them with their recruiting efforts in each of their respective markets.
Provide leadership on-going support and training on our various database and marketing tools.
Remain current on industry and brokerage events, and knowledge.
Build strong relationships with leaders in our industry and in our community.
