Chad lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife, Jacklyn, and their three children: Lucas, Tucker, and Adalyn. Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing competitive billiards—where he has earned multiple state and national amateur titles—as well as golfing and spending time with his family. He is deeply rooted in his faith and attends Central Ministries with his family.
